If she is able to resist his advances then she will be allowed to go home and back to the life she so much wants but if she gives in she will be claimed as his wife forever. Fans of Christine Feehan will like Claimed.
Most of the novellas in the genre range from 4. I enjoyed the world built by Anderson very much, so much so that the minute I finished Claimed I bought book 2, Hunted. Love rated it liked it.
And, yes, I’m still looking covetously at the rest of the books in the series. I get a lot of things, but at this point I can’t hear the sense in all that over the sound of I know I may have gone a bit overboard with the rant updates with this book, but boy did this just rub me the wrong way.
Lists with This Book. I highly recommend it! For some reason, she was determined to resist him. Something happens she realizes what she would loose. View all 4 comments. So loved the idea and it has such a great potential for books with some hot aliens and their Earthling brides in it.
Wouldn’t mind having him in my bed either Most readers will love this quality but I am coming to the conclusion that this book is really meant for readers other than me.
Esclavo Comprometido – Evangeline Anderson (YunJae Mode)
Evangeline Anderson is a multi-published author who writes for a great amount of epublishers and many cross genres. Common sense would tell most of us that she is undeserving of such devotion, and that’s another problem I have with this story.
Wait, was this NOT supposed to be a hilariously over the top sci-fi sex romp? So the “mating” thingy happens, no one has a choice, a lot of “I cannot give up my brilliant life on earth, even if those Alien warriors are the evangelinee thing standing between humanity and extinction by another militant Alien race”.
Brides of the Kindred 1. Was boring and annoying. This was setting up to be a hilariously over the top sci-fi sex romp. I understood her desire to stay on Earth and continue in her evanbeline field she had just graduated from nursing school and to stay with her friends and her twin sister, but when push came to shove and she started to give in to Baird sexually, she blamed him.
Or so I thought until I got to the all-protein, low-cal alien worms th I was torn between enjoying this and finding it a serious eye-roller.
Evangeline Anderson – Hasta que le Reino Llegue | Jardín De Sakuras
I was enveloped and transported to a fictional reality where aliens were read, earth knew about it, and women were sent up as Brides to them. Granted, Olivia had no idea that the dreams she shared with Baird were significant and that he was real but she did know that there was a evanyeline that she could be called as evangwline bride to a Kindred warrior. Just look at human societies, when there are not enough available females. I will definitely be reading the next book in the Kindred series.
His need to possess her is a burning intensity that threatens to consume them both.
The Kindred are alien warriors, humanoids, and ones that are bigger or massive when it comes to human males. She never stops to ask if she will be able to communicate with her loved ones and visit Earth, she just assumes that she is being forced to leave everything behind forever.
Want to Read saving…. My eyes rolled a few times while reading. Baird though has been dream sharing with Olivia for six long months. In a way, I can’t blame her. Sep 26, Heather rated it liked it Shelves: So why am I continuing on with this series you ask?
They had traded info and technology with other worlds and because of this they had invented some items that I wish we had on Earth now.
Evangeline Anderson – Roto para Siempre | Jardín De Sakuras
The Kindred saved earth from deadly aliens and now all woman at 18 sign up for the bride list, if a Kindred male picks you you are required to go with them for one month while they try to claim you.
If for example the hero wouldn’t have been a card-board cliche-ridden TGTBT alpha guy who adored the ground the insipid, stubborn, silly and boring heroine walked upon.
This book was a meh read for anderso. You’d think I’d reach a point where the “earth woman must become the unwilling mate to a big brawny alien” storyline would cease to titillate me. I have no problem with this word, but I know it’s a hot button for many. Number 1 why would you fight your soulmate? It’s fun to see how he tries to work out his thing, yet Olivia always turns him down. Even the idea of the Kindred and Scourge if they were re-written or re-imagined to be just slightly more believable, could be awesome That said But get this, they don’t just pick randomly.
Also the ending with the Scourge seems tacked on in order to invoke a more emotional response so there can be a believable HEA to cement why Olivia has fallen for Baird.

Also it’s strictly my opinion, and Evangeeline in no way mean to be disrespectful to the author or anyone who disagrees. I so totally evageline where she was coming from. Baird treasures Olivia, he knows she is meant to be his mate and he also knows she fears him.
I also understand why she had to say she did not want the alien even when she totally did. Baird is a Beast Kindred; his tormented soul is ready to claim his bride.
In return they asked to have access to all single, unclaimed women esclaavo the planet. So, I gave this book a five star, when the heroine actually pushed this book to a three star on multiple occasions.
